I was greeted immediately by a friendly and informed salesman. We discussed all of the different aspects of the numerous trucks offered at this facility. Met with the general manager who was equally cordial and met all of my needs and desires. The service department is open half days on Saturday, which is great for we who work Monday through Friday.

Just bought a vehicle from Team 1 CDJR in Gadsden, AL, and I have to admit — it was genuinely one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. I came in expecting the usual long waits, confusing numbers, and the classic “let me go talk to my manager” routine, but Leo, Ronnie, and Eric completely changed that expectation.

Was great on telling me the issue with my truck they ordered parts and they offered me to use another truck when the parts come in as they work on it.
Service Dept was great! Eli communicated all along the process & with any concerns. Program they use for you to see vehicle moves through shop process & confirm what services are being performed with costs disclosed is much appreciated! Full transparency. Definitely recommend for service & repairs.

For the second time we have taken our 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel to this T1 CDJ. Again we have been given the run around by the Service Department! Our vehicle was dropped off on Monday 3/2/2026, it is now 3/6/2026. No calls, inquiries or messages of any kind from the "stealership"! Edit: After having my car for over a month now. I can tell you the actual car-buying experience is good, however, once they have your money...forget it. They have botched the paperwork twice, no status on the title application paperwork. The most recent set has my wrong address. Top tier customer service! Was four hours from home and experienced significant engine problems on the highway. Found the closest Jeep dealership and thankfully it was Team One of Gadsden. Pulled our Grand Cherokee in and the staff reacted as if it was their very own problem. It was near closing time and Brian in Service said, ‘We are going to get you home tonight’. Service and mechanic was ok , my car is running like it supposed to, I paid 3000 dollars for labore and parts, honestly alot more than I thought but im happy with the results, the only bad thing is when they gave me my car back it was really dirty ( outside) wonder why they couldn't just wash the cars to bring better Service to costumers after paying alot money, just my opinion,

Found a used vehicle we liked posted both on Facebook Marketplace and Autotrader that led us here. Brandon Bynum from sales brought us out keys in the rain to look at the vehicle. We test drove and he answered all of our questions and ran preliminary numbers for us. Gave us room/space to think it over during lunch. He answered the rest of our follow up questions after and had us out of there with the new car quick and easy. TJ from finance helped us finish out the paperwork. It was a pleasure doing business.

I scheduled recall service with T1CDJR after reading other reviews. I am very pleased with the service. I had to delay a few days as I was out of town. No problem. They confirmed they had parts in stock. When I arrived I was informed of a different recall that I was still waiting for Ram to notify me of parts availability. They took care of both while I waited about 3 hours total. New to the area but I now know where I will go for service and my next vehicle when the time comes.

I was traveling from Madison, MS to Centre, AL on Saturday and developed a coolant leak. I called Team One CDJR service department and talked to Jamie. She gave me the wrecker service they use and was towed in just before 1p their closing time.
Upon arrival Jamie acquired all my information and said the tech would look at my truck Monday.

Brandon, sales representative, was wonderful!!! He did everything he said he would. Main issue now is: was to be contacted today to bring vehicle in for fuel-up, wash and check for the difference in the trade. Have not heard from anyone today. So…. Good with Brandon!
